MGT Production Team

The MGT Production Team is responsible for the construction of belt conveyors, main and intermediate baskets, transfer systems, support structures and other elements designed by the MGT Construction Team. Depending on the production needs, the Heavy Production and Precision Production teams are responsible for tasks in this area. As part of the work, the MGT Production Team is responsible for the production of steel structures for conveyors, preliminary and buffer baskets, support structures, protective lining systems for wearing surfaces, upper and return support trestles, belt adjustment systems, drive drums, belt scrapers, internal scrapers, protective nets, service platforms, stairs, barriers and handrails. All these elements were designed earlier by the MGT Construction Team.

The Production Team also includes a steel surface mechanical cleaning plant and a spray paint shop. As part of the implementation of projects, we deliver finished elements with full anti-corrosion protection.

In addition, we can also protect all steel elements against corrosion by bath galvanizing. In this respect, dimensional barriers are almost non-existent.

The next stage of development of the MGT Production Team is the creation of teams that assemble our machines, devices and structures in the places of installation.
At present, in this respect we use production personnel and appropriately trained employees of the MGT Service Team.
