This Privacy Policy is intended to inform clients and all interested parties about the purpose, scope, and categories of processing of their personal data, the duration of the data processing, and their rights in accordance with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data, and on the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC (known as GDPR), which has been effective since 25 May 2018, in particular fulfilling the obligation laid down in Articles 13–14.

CATEGORIES OF PERSONAL DATA
Currently, in connection with our activities, we process (or may process) personal data in the following categories:
Personal data of our clients and persons indicated to collaborate with clients. We process this data to provide all our services at the highest level, based on and within the scope of agreements concluded with our clients. All information concerning specific individuals or clients will be processed for the duration of the agreement.
Data of persons interested in cooperation. We process these data for the purpose of establishing cooperation with new clients, at the request of persons interested in our offer, only during the period of negotiations and commercial talks. All such data is obtained solely with your consent and in the scope provided by you. We will process it until you withdraw your consent.
Marketing data. We process these data to reach you with our offer and information about our activities. All such data is obtained only with your consent and will be processed until such consent is withdrawn.
Information related to recruitment offers. We process these data for current and future recruitment purposes. Such data is obtained only with your consent and will be processed until the end of recruitment, and, in case of consent for further use, for the next three years.
Information contained in contact forms. We process these data to respond to your inquiry. Submission of a contact form is tantamount to consenting to data processing, which we will carry out until a response is given.
Other data related to browsing the site. The Data Controller reserves the right to collect the User’s IP address to create statistical analyses (e.g., determining from which regions we receive the most visits) and to pursue claims of Users or third parties.
Social media plugins. The Services’ websites may use social media plugins from Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube. Access your data, including obtaining information on the scope of processing and a copy of the data;
Modify and correct your data, unless other legal grounds prevent restricting processing;
Completely erase your data (“right to be forgotten”), unless other legal grounds apply;

Object to improper processing of personal data (including withdrawing consent);
Transfer your data to another Controller if processing is based on your consent or a contract.
Each request is processed individually and in accordance with applicable law. The possibility of exercising a specific right may depend on the legal basis used and whether the processing is necessary for the performance of a contract or service.
Requests are handled without undue delay, within a maximum of one month from receipt; if unable to meet this time limit due to the nature of the request, you will be notified of the delay and its reasons.
Similarly, if we refuse to comply, we will inform you with reasons.
To ensure security of the information, if identification is not possible, we reserve the right to change the method of delivering the information, about which you will be informed.
RIGHT TO LODGE A COMPLAINT
Complaints regarding the processing of personal data may be submitted to the supervisory authority. In Poland, this authority is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
