This information is intended to inform customers and interested parties about the principles of processing personal data pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2015, in force since 25 May 2018. On the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as GDPR).

We process the following personal data:
Personal data of our customers and contact persons – processing of this data is necessary to provide all your services based on and within the scope of contracts or orders concluded with our customers. We will process all information about specific individuals or clients for the duration of the contract and five years after its expiry.

Data of individuals interested in cooperating with us – providing data is voluntary (with your consent), but necessary in order to establish cooperation and is done at the request of individuals interested in our offer. We process data only for the duration of negotiations and business talks.

Information about contractors – we process this data in order to fulfill legal obligations, such as the Accounting Act, and these regulations constitute the basis for our processing of data for a period of six years (according to the current legal status, five full years).

Information about our employees and job candidates – we process this data in order to fulfill legal obligations, such as the Labor Code, and these regulations constitute the basis for our processing of data for the period required by law.

We have data about job candidates thanks to the consents given to us and we process it for the duration of the recruitment process and 30 days after the end of recruitment. However, in a situation where you consent to processing for the purposes of future recruitment, we can retain it for a period of 3 years.

Monitoring – we process data from video monitoring in order to protect people and property, considering it our legitimate purpose. All data collected in this way is stored for a maximum period of three months.

We may transfer personal data to the following categories of recipients: entities providing the administrator with services necessary to achieve the above-mentioned purposes, including IT partners, entities providing technical or organizational support and entities authorized under the law. Your personal data is not transferred to countries/international organizations outside the European Economic Area.

In connection with data processing, you have the following rights:

1. To withdraw consent, rectify data, access data, to delete data, to limit data processing, to transfer data provided to the administrator and the right to object to data processing based on the legitimate interest of the administrator or a third party, including profiling, for reasons related to a specific situation, or to object to data processing for direct marketing purposes, including profiling.

2. The above requests and statements should be submitted to the address of the Company’s registered office.

3. Additionally, you have the right to lodge a complaint regarding the processing of personal data to the supervisory authority (President of the Personal Data Protection Office) responsible for the protection of personal data.
